Pakistan crashed to 74 against New Zealand in the third ODI in Dunedin, chasing 258. It could have been worse, though, as they were in danger of beating their own record of 43, made in 1993 against West Indies. At 16 for 6, it was a possibility. Trent Boult was the main destroyer, taking 5-15.

Chennai flight operations disrupted

Flight services in and out of Chennai suffered on Saturday following a thick cover of smoke due to “Bhogi” festival celebrations, airport officials said. Between 4-8 a.m., both the incoming and the outgoing air traffic suffered, they said, adding the services were expected to resume after 9 a.m. As many as 18 arriving flights were diverted to Bengaluru and Hyderabad airports.
